Visual is done in Illustrator with the use of simple vectors. The hand is an iStockphoto image, cutted and adjusted a bit in Photoshop.

Nail flyer
This flyer was done for a friend, who runs manicure business in a small city. The interior of the saloon is painted with fresh colors, so therefore comes the female-friendly color scheme.
Flyer has 210×100 mm format to fit in a standard DL envelopes. It was also ment to be a summer discount voucher distributed through the local magazines.
